**Position**: Account and Audit Assistant
**Location**: Chandigarh
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Internal Audit**:

- Conduct internal audits of companies and firms to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- **GST Filing**:

- Prepare and file GST returns accurately within prescribed deadlines.
- **Income Tax Filing**:

- Handle income tax filings for companies and firms, ensuring timely submission and compliance with tax laws.
- **Finalization of Balance Sheet**:

- Assist in the preparation and finalization of balance sheets for firms and companies in line with accounting standards.
- **ROC Filing**:

- Manage and file various statutory returns and forms with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) as per the Companies Act, 2013.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in **internal auditing** and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of **GST laws** and filing procedures.
- Expertise in **income tax filing** for businesses.
- Competence in preparing **financial statements** and finalizing balance sheets.
- Familiarity with **ROC filing procedures** and compliance under the Companies Act.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of relevant work experience** in accounts and auditing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; CA Inter/CMA Inter is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
