Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Parathas according to menu and seasonal offerings.

Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation standards across all dishes.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Oversee daily kitchen operations including inventory management and ingredient sourcing.

Collaborate with the management team to update and innovate the menu based on customer feedback and market trends.

Train and supervise junior kitchen staff (if applicable).

Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs without compromising quality.

Ensure timely preparation of orders to meet delivery deadlines.

Monitor equipment functionality and ensure the kitchen is well-organized at all times.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a chef or cook, preferably in a cloud kitchen or delivery-based food business.

Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.

Creativity and passion for food.
