**JOB DECSRIPTION**

**Job Title (Designation) : Executive/Sr. Executive - Admisisons**

**Reports To: Manager - HoD - Admissions**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintain and regularly update the database of prospective students gathered through outreach initiatives.**:

- **Conduct regular follow-up calls with prospects from the admissions database to generate interest and engagement.**:

- **Provide accurate and detailed information about institute programs, admission processes, scholarships, and campus life to prospective students and their guardians.**:

- **Offer telephonic counseling and support to help students make informed decisions about their academic future.**:

- **Ensure systematic record keeping and documentation related to the admissions process.**:

- **Maintain a professional and productive work environment aligned with the institution’s goals.**:

- **Perform any other responsibilities or administrative tasks as assigned by the admissions team.**

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.**:

- **Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.**:

- **Well-organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.**:

- **Willingness to work extended hours during peak admission periods.**:

- **Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills for student engagement and follow-ups.**:

- **Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.**:

- **Willing to travel locally for outreach and promotional activities.**

**Experience : 0-3 years**

**Job Location : Jaipur**

**Gender : Female**

**Educational Requirement : Graduate or above**
