**Job Title**: Quantitative Aptitude Trainer

**Location**:Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran, Punjab

**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and effective aptitude training sessions on topics such as Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Time & Work, Profit & Loss, Simple & Compound Interest, and Percentage.
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of students preparing for government exams and other competitive tests.
- Develop high-quality study materials, practice exercises, and mock tests to facilitate students' learning and exam preparation.
- Evaluate students' progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Organize and conduct regular mock tests to simulate exam conditions and help students build confidence.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate aptitude training with other academic programs.
- Provide individual support and mentoring to students to address their specific learning needs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in competitive exams to ensure the training content remains relevant and effective.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong proficiency in quantitative aptitude and reasoning.
- Proven experience in conducting aptitude training sessions, preferably for government exam preparation.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs and develop study materials.
- Experience in organizing and evaluating mock tests.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to connect well with students and foster a positive learning environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with SSB or other government papers is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,600.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
