**Job Title: HVAC Procurement Specialist**

**Location: Hyderabad**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the procurement process for HVAC equipment, parts, and services.

2. Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

3. Maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.

4. Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities for HVAC purchases.

5. Work closely with the project management team to ensure procurement timelines align with project schedules.

6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

7. Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to monitor stock levels and order necessary materials.

8. Prepare purchase orders and manage the approval process.

9. Perform vendor evaluations and track supplier performance.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC procurement or a similar purchasing role.

3. Strong understanding of HVAC products, systems, and market dynamics.

4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.

6. Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.

7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

8. Knowledge of applicable building codes and safety standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
