
Area Sales Executive

Sales Management:Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
Provide guidance, support, and training to the sales team to ensure their professional growth and high-performance levels.
Regularly review sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare sales reports for management.
Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team sales objectives.
Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing customers and drive customer loyalty.
Sales Planning and Execution:Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for the assigned area.
Implement effective sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share.
Monitor product availability, pricing, and distribution to ensure optimal stock levels and timely delivery to customers.
Market Intelligence:Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and challenges.
Provide feedback and recommendations to management on market trends, customer preferences, and product improvements.
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
