Job Description:

- Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients and providing them with information about the company's products or services.
- Receiving inbound calls from customers or clients and addressing their queries or concerns.
- Maintaining a database of potential and existing customers or clients and keeping it up-to-date.
- Following up on leads and appointments generated through outbound calls.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call targets as set by the company.
- Ensuring that all calls are recorded and documented appropriately.
- Providing regular reports to management on call volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Participating in training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge about the company's products and services. Require skill and Qualification:

- Excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle rejection and difficult customers.
- Good listening skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of patience.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work well as part of a team. - Freshers are welcome - Graduate in any stream

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
