**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, offering feedback and direction to ensure high-quality work.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity across all design touchpoints.
- Translate complex ideas into easy-to-understand, visually appealing graphics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Prepare final artwork for production and liaise with vendors when necessary.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of proven graphic design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) and other design software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, typography, layout, color theory, and UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs under tight deadlines.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working in [Real Estate Industry].
- Familiarity with design systems and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Canva.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
