Restaurant Steward

**Job Title: Restaurant Steward - Fine Dining**

**Responsibilities**:

- Always follow the restaurant’s service and cleanliness rules.
- Set up tables and chairs as per the reservation list.
- Make sure all table items, linen, cutlery, and glasses are clean and ready.
- Serve food and drinks politely and help guests when needed.
- Clear and reset tables quickly after guests leave.
- Help the Captain and team during daily service.
- Keep your area clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
- Recommend dishes or drinks to guests to help increase sales.
- Avoid wastage and use supplies carefully.
- Maintain good hygiene, grooming, and follow food safety rules.
- Do any other work given by your supervisor or manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Steward or 3 years as an apprentice.
- Graduate or diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- Good communication skills and a pleasant personality.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

**Pay**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month _(can be adjusted as per your scale)_
