**Position Overview**:
As a VFX Trainer at MAAC Kukatpally, you will be responsible for imparting knowledge and practical skills related to Visual Effects (VFX) to students. You will help guide students through the learning process, using both theoretical concepts and hands-on exercises. You will also assist in creating a positive and motivating learning environment while ensuring that the training program aligns with industry standards and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training & Instruction**: Deliver high-quality VFX training on software such as Adobe After Effects, Nuke, Houdini, Blender, or any other industry-standard VFX tools.
- **Course Content Preparation**: Develop, review, and update course materials, assignments, and projects to ensure they are relevant and aligned with the latest industry trends and standards.
- **Student Guidance**: Provide mentorship and one-on-one support to students, answering questions, providing feedback, and ensuring they develop a deep understanding of VFX techniques.
- **Practical Workshops**: Organize hands-on workshops, practical sessions, and live demonstrations to give students real-world experience.
- **Assessments & Evaluation**: Regularly assess students’ progress, evaluate their assignments, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay updated with the latest VFX trends, tools, and technologies and incorporate them into training programs.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with fellow trainers and staff to ensure smooth operations and consistency in training delivery.
- **Maintaining Student Engagement**: Motivate students to remain engaged, encourage creativity, and foster a collaborative learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Graduation in any discipline; Degree/Diploma in VFX or Animation.
- **Experience**: 0 to 3 years of hands-on experience in VFX and a strong understanding of VFX workflows.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in VFX software tools such as:

- Adobe After Effects
- Nuke
- Houdini (optional but preferred)
- Blender (optional)
- Compositing and Motion Graphics techniques
- **Other Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and ability to teach complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the VFX industry or working on professional VFX projects.
- Knowledge of 3D VFX and animation workflows.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in visual effects and motion graphics.

Pay: ₹10,212.66 - ₹20,000.00 per month
