**Responsibilities**:
- Interpret and execute designer sketches and patterns to create high-quality ladies' suits.
- Take accurate measurements and ensure precise fitting for each client.
- Select appropriate fabrics, linings, and trimmings to achieve desired results.
- Operate sewing machines, sergers, and other equipment proficiently.
- Seamlessly integrate hand-sewn details and embellishments into garments.
- Collaborate closely with designers, pattern makers, and other team members to ensure cohesive execution of designs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Assist in alterations and fittings as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
