G M Fabrics is hiring "Sales Coordinators" for their Home division.
Job location: Marol, Mumbai
Job role:
- Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Provide timely and efficient customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team to schedule shipments and track orders.
- Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies.
- Generate regular sales reports i.e. Daily, weekly and monthly and performance analysis
- Share sales performance report to the Sales head for further action
- Oversee Feet on Street teams productivity
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in a sales or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP will be a preference
