Job Description:
As a Telecaller at [Insert Company Name], you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients via telephone to promote our services, generate leads, and maintain client relationships. Your primary duties will include:

- Outbound Calls:

- Place outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our company and services.
- Engage in effective communication to convey the benefits of our offerings and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Lead Generation:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts.
- Gather relevant information about potential clients' needs, interests, and requirements.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and personalized attention.
- Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls, interactions, and client information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Regularly update lead databases and ensure data integrity.
- Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate follow-up activities, promotional campaigns, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Provide feedback and insights gathered from client interactions to support continuous improvement in sales and marketing strategies.
- Targets and Reporting:

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volumes, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing call activities, lead status, and outcomes for management review.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role, preferably in the marine industry or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
