**Job Title**: Art Director - 2D & 3D (BTL/Events & Activations)

Specialties: Rural Marketing, Semi-Urban Marketing, Rural Activation, BTL Activation, Brand Activation, Retail Branding, Last Mile Channel Enhancement and Brand Promotions.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic Art Director who can seamlessly blend **2D and 3D design expertise** with a strong creative vision. The role demands an eye for detail, a deep understanding of **events, exhibitions, activations, and brand promotions**, and the ability to bring concepts to life visually.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the creative development of **event setups, exhibition booths, activation spaces, and brand creatives**.
- Conceptualize and design in **2D (layouts, branding, collaterals)** and **3D (event spaces, stage designs, product displays)**.
- Collaborate with the creative & client servicing teams to convert briefs into impactful visual stories.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Oversee junior designers and provide creative direction when required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing **both 2D & 3D design** in the **BTL/events/exhibitions domain**.
- Proficiency in software like **Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, 3ds Max, or similar**.
- Ability to think creatively under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in an **activation/BTL agency** is a must.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience.
