Job Description:
ARCHITECTS:

- Roles And Responsibilities

As An Architect, you will be responsible:
- Review Project Specification, BOQ drawings for Preparation of Material details, and

Data of all Specialist Systems in order to procure the required system materials.
- Coordination and Liaison with team for Design Drawings and subsequent follow up for work.
- Providing technical inputs for the construction work to the site supervisors coordination with other departments and prepare reports.
- \Coordination with the Sub-Contractors, Site Engineers, and Other Staff.
- Involvement in execution of project.
- Conducting on-site investigations and analysing data.
- Managing, designing, developing, creating, and maintaining construction projects.
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use.
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

Qualification - B arch.

Must have good knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Software (Sketchup/ max/Revit)
Ms excels, Ms office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
