**Position: Chemistry Teacher (Grade 11-12, CBSE)**
**Location**: Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Rajgarh, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh.
**Accommodation**: On-campus accommodation with meals provided.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver **comprehensive** chemistry lessons as per the CBSE syllabus.
- Teach advanced topics such as organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry with a focus on conceptual clarity.
- Prepare students for **CBSE board exams, JEE, NEET, and other competitive examinations**.
- Conduct **practical experiments in the chemistry lab**, ensuring students develop strong analytical and practical skills.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing detailed feedback.
- Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance understanding.
- Encourage students to participate in **science fairs, Olympiads, and research projects**.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members and contribute to school activities and academic events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field (M.Sc./B.Sc. in Chemistry, B.Ed preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-3 years** of teaching experience at the senior secondary level in a CBSE school or a similar academic setting.
- **Skills**:

- Strong expertise in senior secondary chemistry topics and exam-oriented teaching strategies.
- Ability to explain complex chemical reactions in an engaging and simplified manner.
- Experience in preparing students for board and competitive exams.
- Proficiency in conducting chemistry experiments and practical demonstrations.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for science education and student mentorship.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to stay on campus and actively participate in school activities.
- Ability to conduct extra coaching classes or mentoring sessions when required.
- Adaptability to a residential school environment and student needs.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
