**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct live, instructor-led virtual training sessions on Microsoft Azure AZ-900.
- Teach and explain Azure fundamental concepts such as cloud computing, Azure services, solutions, pricing, and governance.
- Prepare and deliver structured, engaging course content to a diverse group of learners.
- Provide real-world examples, case studies, and hands-on labs to ensure practical understanding of concepts.
- Answer questions and clarify doubts related to the topics.
- Provide support for students in preparation for the AZ-900 certification exam.
- Assess and track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Azure updates, certification exam changes, and industry best practices.
- Offer personalized mentorship or coaching when needed to help students better understand difficult topics.
- Collaborate with the client to refine training materials and ensure they align with industry standards.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Proven Experience**: At least 2+ years of experience working with Azure or as an Azure trainer.
- **Certification**: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or higher certification required.
- **Strong Knowledge Base**: In-depth understanding of core Azure services, cloud concepts, security, pricing, and governance.
- **Teaching Experience**: Previous experience in delivering live training sessions, webinars, or workshops.
- **Clear Communication**: Ability to explain complex topics in an easy-to-understand and engaging manner.
- **Training Materials**: Ability to create or modify training content, including presentations, labs, quizzes, and reading materials.
- **Interactive Approach**: Ability to engage students through discussions, Q&A sessions, and hands-on labs.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using Azure portal, PowerPoint, learning management systems (LMS), and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- **Availability**: Flexible working hours, available for different time zones as required by the project
