**About the Opportunity**:
You get to work along with our design team who are highly specialized in design sprints.

**Location**: Remote

**Experience**: 0 - 2 years

**Internship period**: 6 months

**Salary**:

- During internship period: INR 10000 / month
- Post internship period: INR 20000 - 25000 / month

**Your usual day at work**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create visually appealing designs, including but not limited to, websites, social media graphics, logos, brochures, banners, infographics, and other marketing materials.
- Use graphic design software and tools to develop and refine design concepts.
- Assist in the creation of 2D and/or 3D animations for videos, advertisements, presentations, and other multimedia content.
- Participate in storyboarding and animatic development to ensure the smooth flow of animation sequences.
- Contribute to the design of characters, backgrounds, and assets for animations.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to iterate and improve designs.
- Ensure timely delivery of requirements while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and animation.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of design assets and templates.
- Review and refine designs and animations, ensuring they meet the established standards of quality, consistency, and brand guidelines.

**Skills required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation or a related field is preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
- Experience with other design tools or prototyping software is a plus.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
