Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, develop, and maintain gardens, lawns, nurseries, and plantation areas within the estate and tower premises.
- Monitor the health of all plants and greenscapes, including pest control, irrigation, and fertilization.
- Recommend and implement planting schemes based on climate, soil type, and aesthetic requirement.
- Supervise and train the gardening staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring proper horticultural practices are followed.
- Maintain inventory of plants, tools, fertilizers, and pesticides.
- Prepare budgets for gardening activities and maintain cost control.
- Work closely with estate management for beautification and sustainability projects.
- Ensure proper upkeep of indoor plants and ornamental landscaping.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of practical experience in a horticulturist or plantation supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of plant species, soil types, seasonal plants, and garden design.
- Good leadership and team coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems and organic practices is a plus.
