Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed technical drawings using CAD tools like AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Design custom special purpose machines considering performance, safety, and cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, electrical, and quality).
- Troubleshoot design challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Support multiple projects with timely delivery and project documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in machine design (SPM preferred).
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes: machining, welding, casting, etc.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Job location : Chennai /Coimbatore
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
