We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **First Line Risk and Control**

**In this role, you will**:

- In practical terms, you will act as key support to the team members in the management of Non-Financial Risk:

- Risk configuration and assessment
- Control Assessment & Control monitoring support
- Internal Event escalation and management
- Issue and Action escalation and management
- Data Quality exception management and resolution
- Management Information and Reporting
- Maintenance of Group risk management system record keeping
- Working closely with Important Business Services and Critical Business Services.
Requirements

**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:

- Educated to graduate level or equivalent level of experience
- Knowledge Prudential Regulatory Authority regulations related to Important Business Services Critical Business Services.
- Strong Excel (particularly large data sets / modelling) and report production
- Prior Business Management & Experience of producing high quality reporting to tight deadlines
- Prior Team Management experience or strong inclination towards people & team management
- Stakeholder Management ability to engage and build effective relationships with team and stakeholders
- Strong communicator - able to express ideas via various communication channels
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
- Ability to work with info from various systems and make sense of data /express clearly with assumptions used.
