**ob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome guests courteously and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Ensure all guest information and billing details are accurately recorded in the system.
- Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, well-organized, and presentable at all times.
- Follow grooming and uniform standards as per hotel policy.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a similar role at a **4/5-star hotel**.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Knowledge of hotel software (preferably WINHMS) will be an added advantage.
