**Job Summary**:
A Pre-School Teacher plays a critical role in shaping the early development of children by laying the groundwork for lifelong learning.

**Key Responsibilities:Classroom Management & Child Engagement**
- Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
- Maintain classroom discipline with kindness, consistency, and positive reinforcement.
- Encourage independence and cooperation through group and individual activities.

**Curriculum Planning & Delivery**
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans based on early childhood education best practices and the school’s curriculum.
- Introduce children to basic concepts such as colors, shapes, numbers, letters, and pre-writing skills using creative and interactive methods.
- Facilitate learning through songs, stories, visual aids, role play, art, crafts, physical activities, and games.

**Developmental Support**
- Observe and assess each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Identify and support children with learning delays or behavioral challenges in consultation with the coordinator and parents.
- Keep accurate records of progress, incidents, and milestones.

**Communication & Collaboration**
- Establish and maintain positive communication with parents to keep them informed of their child’s progress and activities.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings and share developmental reports.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and fellow educators to create a cohesive learning environment.

**Safety & Hygiene**
- Ensure the classroom, toys, and materials are clean, safe, and age-appropriate.
- Teach and model hygiene habits such as handwashing, toilet use, and table manners.
- Follow all school protocols related to child safety, emergency drills, and medical incidents.

**Professional Development**
- Stay updated with new trends and techniques in early childhood education.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and school events.
- Contribute to school celebrations, cultural functions, and festivals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Amalapuram, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
