**Job Description in detail**

**Key responsibilities**
- Working with senior architect and project manager to develop architectural designs and complete design documents.
- Collaborating with engineers and other professionals to ensure that designs meet technical and functional requirements.
- Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities to improve design solutions and optimize project outcomes.
- Preparing design models, renderings, and other visual materials to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Assisting with the development of project schedules and budgets, and tracking progress against these plans.
- Participating in project meetings and providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
- Conducting field visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to the design documents and making adjustments as needed.
- Assisting with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other materials to win new business.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge **.**

**Minimum Requirements**

**1) Education**:

- B.Arch or any other Professional Architecture degree is Mandatory.

**2) Experience**:

- 1+ years on the relevant domain.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
