Job Overview:
A Production Officer is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient and smooth production flow, and maintaining quality standards. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Supervise Manufacturing Processes**:
- Oversee production from start to finish, ensuring schedules are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.
- Resource Management: Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit production reports and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- **Education**:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Production Management, food science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.
- **Skills**:
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with other departments.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of production processes, quality control measures, and safety regulations.
- Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
