Flutter & Laravel Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **daily 3-hour classes**, covering both theory and hands-on practice.
- Teach **Flutter** (Dart language, UI development, state management, API integration, etc.).
- Teach **Laravel** (MVC structure, routing, Eloquent ORM, authentication, RESTful APIs, etc.).
- Create and follow a structured course plan and timeline.
- Assign projects, exercises, and assessments to monitor student progress.
- Offer individual support to students to clarify doubts and improve understanding.
- Maintain attendance and report progress weekly.
- Provide guidance for final project development and deployment.
- Continuously update training content based on latest trends and updates in Flutter and Laravel.
- Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **Flutter** and **Laravel** development.
- Prior teaching/training experience is a plus.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Patience and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively (offline/online).

**Contract Details**:

- **Duration**: 3 Months
- **Timing**: Daily sessions for 3 hours
- **Compensation**: ₹15,000 for the full course duration

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 per week

- Evening shift

- Weekend availability
