**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Understanding the needs and requirements of the client for Modular Furniture and Interior Design Work.
- Generating and developing residential interior layouts and design schemes.
- Designing modular kitchens, wardrobes and cabinetry as per site condition and client requirements.
- Attending client meetings to draw up design brief.
- Assigning finishes and details to all parts of the interior design schemes.
- Preparation of production drawings.
- The process deliverable responsibilities will include:

- Layout, style, moodboard
- Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation)
- Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
- Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
- Creating BoQ and quotation for customers
- Driving the design meetings with the customers
- Expertise of AutoCAD 2D and 3D Design Software,know and understand technical aspects.
- Must be capable of providing conceptual as well as detail design drawings; Specialist Loose Furniture designing and Modular Kitchen
- Requires experience with specification relating to modular kitchen, interior design.
- The incumbent must be able to demonstrate effective problem solving skills and should have the ability to manage and prioritise workloads independently, and assist resolving production drawing issues and capturing Lessons Learned.
