**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students (walk-ins and leads from the marketing team) on various courses offered by Cyber Success.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about the courses to potential students.
- Understand the students' needs and suggest suitable programs that align with their career goals.
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions by guiding students through the enrolment process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets as set by the management.
- Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, course offerings, and competitive landscape to better position Cyber Success as a leading institution.
- Handle objections professionally and provide effective solutions to prospective students.
- Continuously improve the counselling process based on performance metrics and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the Edtech industry, particularly in a business development or student counselling role.
- Strong track record in conversions and achieving admission targets.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and goal-oriented.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the Edtech industry.
