**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Craft property descriptions, promotional materials, and campaign ideas tailored for luxury real estate projects.
Write engaging content for educational institutes, including admissions campaigns, course descriptions, and institutional branding.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
Optimize content for SEO to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and error-free communication.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in real estate and/or educational sectors.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to adapt writing style to different audiences.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic tools is a plus.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
