Our pizzas are hand-stretched, wood-fired, and made with top-tier ingredients like San Marzano tomatoes and 00 flour. We’re building a brand that values craft, consistency, and flavor — and we want you to grow with us from day one.
- Hand-stretch and prepare Neapolitan pizza dough with proper fermentation techniques.
- Cook pizzas using an electric wood-fired oven to achieve the perfect char and crust.
- Assist with daily prep, dough proofing, and kitchen organization.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food quality standards strictly.
- Coordinate with kitchen helper and communicate clearly during service.
- Experiment with ingredients and techniques to improve the menu over time.
