**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Engage children actively** through interactive storytelling, role play, bhajans, and sensory activities.
- Implement the **Culture Connect** program, fostering appreciation for traditions, festivals, and moral values.
- Use **play-based learning** methods to teach foundational literacy, numeracy, and life skills.
- Incorporate Krishna Consciousness principles in daily classroom activities to instill **spiritual values**.
- Conduct activities like **gardening, art & craft, yoga, and nature-based learning** to promote holistic development.
- Foster social, emotional, and ethical development by encouraging teamwork, respect, and kindness.
- Maintain a **safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment** with age-appropriate learning materials.
- Collaborate with parents to ensure **consistent learning experiences** at school and home.
- Observe and assess children's progress through portfolios, discussions, and informal assessments.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Diploma / Degree** in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or NTT (Nursery Teacher Training).
- **1-2 years of experience** in pre-primary teaching (Freshers with a passion for value-based education are welcome).
- Understanding of **child development, play-based learning, and cultural integration**.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage young learners effectively.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and creative with a **deep appreciation for Indian culture and spiritual values**.
- Ability to create **interactive, movement-based, and engaging learning experiences**.
