Telesales Internship

**About Antidote.fit**:
We are **India’s first cosmetic surgery marketplace**, helping users find verified doctors and trusted clinics for aesthetic procedures. We’re growing fast—and looking for a **Telesales Intern** who’s confident on the phone, good with people, and hungry to learn.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Call leads and assist them in understanding our services
- Explain procedures, pricing, and clinic options clearly and confidently
- Follow up with interested users and guide them through the booking process
- Maintain call logs, feedback, and lead conversion reports
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to improve the user journey
- Represent the brand in a friendly, trustworthy, and professional tone

**Who You Are**:

- A confident communicator with excellent Hindi and English speaking skills
- Comfortable making 50-70 calls a day
- Good listener, persuasive, and empathetic
- Self-motivated and eager to learn about healthcare & aesthetics
- Bonus: Prior experience in inside sales, customer support, or BPO
