Managing HR functions through Keka software: Scheduling interview, KYC documentation, offer letter release, onboarding process, induction process and record, training process for employee, employee attendance and leaves record maintenance, payroll process, Resolve payroll errors, Answering payroll inquiries.
- Preparing and managing employee official documents related to resignation and employee exits.
- Process all final and severance payments. Serve as the point of contact.
- Tenders searching. Preparing required document check list and preparing documents as per tender requirement.
- Quotation preparation, Participating in relevant published tenders, tender status update in share-point, clarification submission as per requirement during tender evaluation process.
- Follow up for Po’s for winning tenders.
- Preparing purchase orders to OEM as per customer/contract requirement.
- Assisting in process of importing the instruments/consumables.
- Transportation/Logistics and insurance arrangements with Vendors for import and transport process.
- Payment follow-ups.
- Vendor analysis as per cost and service for each process as per requirement.
- Stock maintenance.
- Checking records as per GMP requirement induction, training, training feed-back, vehicle check-list record, Inward-outward record of instruments and consumables.
- Accounts related work : Entry of bills, invoices preparation in Zoho books, e-way, e-invoicing, Maintaining soft and hard copies of invoices and bills.
- Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
