**Job Title: Sales co-ordinator**

**Qualification **:Any Graduation Or Diploma Engg.

**Experience **:Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience of handling Purchase and/Or
Sales activities

**Work profile**

Handling complete work flow of submitting quotations till delivery of product.

Preparation of quotations, purchase orders, order confirmations & invoices.

preparing extensive price calculations in Excel.

Price negotiation with customers to freeze orders

Coordination with logistics dept to handle dispatch related activities

Taking overall responsibility for timely execution of Aftersale orders

Coordination with overseas suppliers for delivery of material.

Payment follow up with customers.

Inventory management

**Desired skills**

Good verbal & written communication skill.

Ability to work independently & deliver results

Proficient in MS Excel & Power point

Working Knowledge of 'Tally'

Good analytical skills

Collaborative & co-ordination skills

Self-starter & proactive

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
