**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ground Preparation**:

- Assist in preparing and maintaining the cricket pitch, outfield, and boundary areas.
- Ensure the pitch is rolled, watered, and marked according to specifications.
- Maintain and mark the boundary lines, stumps, and other key elements on the field.
- **Pitch Maintenance**:

- Monitor and maintain pitch condition based on weather and match requirements.
- Support in the rolling and covering of the pitch to ensure it is in the best condition for play.
- **Ground Maintenance**:

- Mow the grass on the outfield and practice areas regularly.
- Assist in keeping the ground free of debris, ensuring the playing surface is safe and playable.
- Water and maintain the surrounding areas to ensure good ground conditions.
- **Match Day Assistance**:

- Prepare the field before matches by setting up necessary equipment (e.g., boundary ropes, stumps, etc.).
- Monitor the condition of the pitch and outfield during matches and assist as necessary.
- Ensure the field is clean and tidy post-match, with any repairs completed.
- **General Maintenance**:

- Assist with the installation and upkeep of irrigation systems.
- Maintain equipment and tools used for ground maintenance.
- Assist in setting up seating areas, ensuring facilities for players and spectators are maintained.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for the team and players.
- Report any hazards or issues with the field that may affect play or safety.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
