Hospital Volunteer

We are hiring for a reputed hospital in Kankarbagh, Patna for multiple positions:
Backend Operation Staff (15) - Graduates with admin/computer skills for handling patient data, billing & records.

Staff Nurses (20) - GNM/B.Sc Nursing with or without experience, registered with the Nursing Council.

Housekeeping Staff (45) - Physically fit individuals to maintain hygiene and cleanliness across hospital premises.

We are a well-established hospital in Kankarbagh, Patna, committed to delivering quality healthcare services. We are expanding our team and looking for dedicated, qualified, and passionate professionals to join us in the following roles:
**1. Backend Operation Staff - 15 Positions**

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage patient records, data entry, and documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments for seamless hospital operations.
- Handle billing, OPD/IPD registrations, insurance documentation, and discharge summaries.
- Support administrative tasks including inventory, scheduling, and procurement processes.
- Communicate with patients and attendants regarding procedures, appointments, and services.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or similar preferred).
- Prior experience in hospital administration is a plus.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, hospital management software).
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and professional.

**2. Staff Nurses - 20 Positions**

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide quality nursing care to inpatients and outpatients as per hospital protocols.
- Assist doctors in clinical procedures, rounds, and patient care plans.
- Monitor and record vital signs, medication administration, and patient conditions.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Emergency handling and support during critical situations.

**Requirements**:

- GNM/B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institute.
- Must be registered with the Nursing Council.
- Minimum 1 year of experience (Freshers may also apply).
- Empathetic, responsible, and committed to patient care.

**3. Housekeeping Staff - 45 Positions**

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all hospital areas (wards, OPD, ICU, OT, general areas).
- Perform daily cleaning, mopping, dusting, and sanitation tasks.
- Dispose of biomedical and general waste as per hospital guidelines.
- Replenish supplies like soaps, sanitizers, and tissues in patient and staff areas.
- Assist in preparing beds, cleaning spills, and supporting infection control.

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit and able to work on rotating shifts.
- Basic literacy (preferred) and understanding of hygiene standards.
- Prior experience in a hospital or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Responsible, punctual, and respectful in behavior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
