Job Title: Online Bidder - Web and Mobile App Development

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Bid on projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
- Create persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Understand client needs and project specifications to provide accurate bids.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development.
- Collaborate with the development team to create project plans and estimates.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the bidding process.
- Negotiate project terms and pricing to ensure a win-win situation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for future opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed specified targets for project acquisition and revenue generation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience as an Online Bidder in web and mobile app development projects.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and similar sites.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide accurate bids.
- Track record of successfully winning and delivering mobile app development projects.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work from the office with a 5-day workweek.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
