**JOB PURPOSE**:

- To be dedicated towards the quality management & quality assurance program
- To use the opportunity towards enhancing knowledge & laboratory techniques.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Receiving and processing of specimens including quality control specimens.
- Interpretations & reporting of result as deemed necessary.
- Checking and printing of reports and dispatching reports to report Dispatch area.
- Supervises Archiving and discard of specimen as per protocol.
- Validation of tests and equipment as needed by accreditation bodies.
- Stock checking, Inventory Control and Indent.
- Coordinating and implementing changes in the Lab Software and attending to IT related issues.
- Participates in continuous monitoring for compliance of Quality Assurance, Laboratory Safety and Accreditation related activities.
