We aim to revolutionize convenience by offering efficient and customer-focused online grocery delivery services. **Responsibilities**: 1. **Social Media Management**: - Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content for Frookoon's social media platforms. - Respond to comments/messages to enhance engagement. - Research trends to suggest innovative ideas for campaigns. 2. **Content Development**: - Work with the team to produce blogs, captions, and visuals for campaigns. - Support in designing promotional content tailored for tier-2 audiences. 3. **Market Research**: - Conduct research to understand customer preferences in tier-2 cities. - Analyze competitors and emerging trends in the quick-commerce industry. 4. **Campaign Assistance**: - Help in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns. - Track campaign performance and suggest optimizations. 5. **On-Ground Activities**: - Support the execution of local events and promotional activities in Delhi to boost brand awareness. - Gather feedback from customers to improve the marketing strategy. **Skills Required**: - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). - Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and trends. - Creativity and a passion for marketing. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. **Perks**: - Certificate of completion. - Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team. - Hands-on experience in the quick-commerce sector.
