**Job Description of Retail Store Manager**

**Duties**:
responsible for managing, monitoring, and supervising operational and organizational standards of the store on a daily basis. You will be communicating with vendors, checking the inventory, scheduling shifts, and making sure that the flow of the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise daily operations at a store and ensure adherence to store protocols
- Check on employees and make sure they are working efficiently
- Order inventory and monitor inventory levels
- Develop marketing and business strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
- Expand store traffic and customer base
- Ensure the highest levels of store safety and hygiene and environment by regular cleanliness practices.
- Prepare monthly/annual budget and make sure the sale goals are met
- Maintain statistical and financial reports
- Respond to customers’ complaints and dissatisfaction and provide a solution to the problem
- Responsible for monthly sales volumes and year on year sales growth.
- Sound customer handling and promote customer growth, loyalty and retention through quality levels of service by adopting a customer centric mindset.
- Optimal inventory management and promote sale of ABI products as much as possible to ensure target market share.
- Cash management and daily store closure activities in abidance to standard order process.
- Optimize operating expenditure by proper cost management practices and minimize wastage.
- Conceptualize and devise store and local level marketing ideas to attract customers.
- Responsible for maintenance of store level equipment.
- Training of Store Attendant in handling of store duties on days of absence.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Hyderabad - 500029, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
