**Job Overview**:
We are seeking two **Customer Relationship Executives** to join our team and support our Indian business operations. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction, and aligning with the best practices learned from the ASMP program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and provide after-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide insights to improve customer experience and business operations.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.**
- Fluency in any other regional Indian language (preferably a South Indian language) is an added advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer management tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,731.41 per month
