**Job Purpose**:

- GIS Executive at Operation Command Centre of Lion Services LTD will be responsible for mapping the complete manual & door to door operation into documents for various analysis. He is liable for creating an all-inclusive strategy of operation for an effective business information management system. Job is to study the people, technology, organization, clients and to act as a bridge for better flow of Information.

**We need you because we have a trust that you will take**:

- Responsibility to coordinate with Operations of all the beats and update the attendance details in set formats
- Responsibility to provide data support to operation for surprise audits and daily beats monitoring through ICOMS software.

- Responsibility to check the effectiveness of cleaning of Manual Operation in designated arear through ICOMS.

- Responsibility to coordinate with Operations on documenting the work which is being done beyond the set scope of work given for the respective project.
- Responsibility to update Operation team on manpower challenges (If any) and assist in ICOMS beats completions.
- Responsibility to assist Operation Manager on data management of daily performance mapping.
- Responsibility to coordinate with SI and CSI & provide positive operational information for his ward/area under consultation of Operation team.
- Responsibility to coordinate with councillor & provide ad hoc reports as & when required under consultation of Operation Manager.
- Responsibility to coordinate with Ops for complaint resolution and to update the same in records for effective liasoning and billing purpose.
- Responsibility to update PPT showing the effectiveness of respective work scope on daily basis.
- Responsibility to update PPT showing the effectiveness of work done of the given work scope.
- Responsibility to check the adherence of Personal protective equipment’s given to all the employees through ICOMS and update the detailed report on daily basis.

- Responsibility to coordinate with HR department on reconciliation of Beat attendance and 100% biometrics implementation.
- Responsibility to coordinate with IT department for any onsite technical support and implementations to be done in ICOMS software.
- Responsibility for Onsite Induction to Operation team in terms of Work Mapping in ICOMS.
- Responsibility to provide Maps and other needful information to Operation team.
- Responsibility to update and intervene on daily challenges of respective department under consultation of PAG

1. With Operation for effective work performance & complain redressal systems.

2. With HR for Attendance & Effective Bio Metrics system.

3. With IT for aligning ICOMS with project Requirement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,203.48 per month
