Program Executive

**Role Summary**

The Program Executive will be responsible for **planning, executing, monitoring, and evaluating** projects related to **women empowerment, education, skilling, and sustainability.** She will also be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, mobilizing communities, and ensuring seamless execution of programs.

**Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Implementation & Management**
- Plan and execute projects aligning with Earthheroes Foundation’s mission and objectives.
- Develop detailed program roadmaps, action plans, and impact assessment frameworks.
- Engage with local communities, beneficiaries, volunteers, and partner organizations.
- Ensure timely implementation and reporting of activities.

**Community & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Work closely with local government bodies, NGOs, CSR teams, and funding agencies.
- Conduct outreach programs, awareness campaigns, and capacity-building workshops.
- Build relationships with educational institutions, self-help groups (SHGs), and women-led enterprises.

**Monitoring & Reporting**
- Track program progress, collect qualitative and quantitative data, and document success stories.
- Prepare impact reports, case studies, and presentations for stakeholders and donors.
- Identify key challenges and develop strategies for program improvement.

**Capacity Building & Training**
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs for beneficiaries.
- Collaborate with experts and professionals to deliver skill-building modules.
- Ensure program participants receive adequate support and guidance.

**Budget & Resource Management**
- Assist in planning program budgets and ensuring cost-effective implementation.
- Coordinate logistics, procurements, and resource allocation as per project needs.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Education, or a related field.
- **2+ years of experience** in program execution, community engagement, or working with NGOs/non-profits.
- Prior volunteering experience in social causes will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of gender issues, community development, and sustainability initiatives.

- **Problem-Solving Attitude**: Ability to tackle challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹9,069.63 - ₹33,163.05 per month
