**Job Skills and Responsibilties**:
**Title: Selenium Automation Test Engineer/Tester**

Department: QA/Testing

**Key Responsibilities**:
Â- Create automated test scripts using Selenium and Appium.

Â- Design data-driven and hybrid testing approaches.

Â- Analyze test results, identify defects and report them to developers.

Â- Perform regression testing to verify fixes and validate new features.

Â- Maintain and update test environments.

Â- Troubleshoot test failures and resolve issues.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Â- Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and Appium.

Â- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python).

Â- Experience with various testing frameworks (e.g.TestNG, JUnit).

Â- Familiarity with cross-browser testing and debugging.

Â- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Â- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Â- Generate detailed test reports and documentation.

**Testing Knowledge**:
Â- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies and best practices.

Â- Ability to identify testable events and develop effective test strategies.

**Desired Qualifications (Optional)**:
Â- Experience with performance testing.

Â- Experience with security testing.

Â- Experience with defect management tools.

Â- Relevant certifications.

**Education and Experience**:
Â- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

Â- 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance with a focus on automation.
