- Good Negotiation, Sourcing, and Networking Skills.
- Ability to negotiate with experienced consultants who are looking /aspiring for H1 Transfers.
- Excellent knowledge of Job Portal searches on the likes of Monster, Career Builder, Dice, etc.
- An aggressive team player with a strong hold on niche technologies in the IT market.
- Knowledge of Employment Type W2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
- Good experience in cold calling, and price negotiation.
- Must have high knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing, Calling consultants.
