**Role Overview**

As a **Quality Apprentice**, you will be trained in core quality assurance and control processes used in a manufacturing setup. This hands-on role is designed to give you practical experience in monitoring product quality, implementing inspection protocols, and maintaining documentation that ensures the highest standards in furniture manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **daily in-process quality checks** across various production stages.as a quality inspector
- Support in **incoming material inspection** and ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Assist in preparing **quality reports, checklists, and test records**.
- Participate in **root cause analysis** and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure **zero-defect product delivery**.
- Ensure adherence to **safety and compliance standards** on the shop floor.
- **Educational Qualification**: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical engineering
- **Experience**: Fresher or up to 6 months of internship/apprenticeship.

Experience in a manufacturing or quality role (is beneficial)
- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of quality tools

- Understanding of inspection instruments
- Observational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

**Work Schedule**:

- Regular working days: Thursday to Tuesday (Wednesday week off)
