**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals, increase engagement, and grow our following on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- **Content Creation & Curation**: Collaborate with the creative team to design and create high-quality, visually appealing content including posts, videos, reels, and stories. Ensure content reflects the unique identity of each band and our agency's brand.
- **Community Management**: Actively engage with our online audience by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries. Build and maintain a strong community presence by fostering conversations around events, music releases, and artist announcements.
- **Event Promotion**: Promote upcoming gigs, events, festivals, and other performances across social media platforms. Coordinate live streams, behind-the-scenes footage, and real-time event coverage to increase visibility and engagement.
- **Influencer & Partnership Collaboration**: Work with influencers, event organizers, and collaborators to expand reach and build partnerships that benefit our bands and artists.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) and provide monthly reports on engagement, growth, and campaign performance. Use insights to refine and optimize future strategies.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on industry trends, new social media features, and algorithm changes to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curve.
- **Crisis Management**: Handle any negative feedback or PR issues across social media channels professionally and swiftly, maintaining the brand's reputation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience managing social media for bands, entertainment companies, or talent/wedding agencies
- Minimum 1 year of experience working directly with musicians, talent, or a wedding agency is required

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Passion for the music and entertainment industry
- Experience working with artists, bands, or talent management agencies
- Familiarity with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
