Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answer questions about menu items and provide suggestions based on customer preferences.
- **Sandwich and Food Preparation**:

- Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards.
- Slice meats, cheeses, vegetables, and other ingredients as needed.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and available for use.
- **Food Safety and Cleanliness**:

- Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food preparation area, including counters, equipment, and utensils.
- Properly handle and store food items to prevent spoilage and contamination.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Operate the cash register, handle cash, and process credit/debit card transactions accurately.
- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Follow proper cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
- **Inventory and Supplies**:

- Monitor inventory levels and notify the manager of any shortages or needs for reordering.
- Assist in receiving and stocking deliveries, ensuring items are stored correctly.
- Maintain an organized and stocked workspace.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with training new employees as needed.
- **Promotions and Upselling**:

- Promote special offers, new menu items, and upsell additional items to customers.
- Provide customers with information about loyalty programs and promotions.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a food service or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
