Interior Trainer

**ob Summary**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Interior Designer Trainer** to join our institute's faculty. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical, and hands-on training to students, ensuring they gain comprehensive knowledge of interior design principles, tools, and industry practices. This role requires a combination of teaching expertise and real-world interior design experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in interior design for students of varying skill levels.
- Design curriculum and course materials aligned with current industry standards and trends.
- Teach core concepts, including space planning, color theory, furniture design, materials and finishes, and CAD software usage AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp etc.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and facilitate interactive classroom activities.
- Assess student performance through assignments, projects, and evaluations, providing constructive feedback to foster growth.
- Stay updated with new design trends, tools, and technology in the interior design field.
- Mentor and guide students to build strong portfolios and prepare for industry roles.
- Coordinate with academic staff to enhance the training experience and develop learning resources.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment that supports student learning and creativity.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in interior design projects and a strong portfolio showcasing professional work.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students in the learning process.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to teach emerging design trends and techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
