**Responsibilities**:
**User Support**:

- Resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist users with software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

**Laptop Maintenance**:

- Perform regular maintenance on desktop systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct hardware and software upgrades as needed.
- Install and configure new hardware and software components.

**Troubleshooting**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve technical problems.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Create and update documentation for standard operating procedures.

**Security and Compliance**:

- Ensure desktop/laptop systems are compliant with security policies.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining security measures on desktops.

**Training**:

- Provide basic training to end-users on software and hardware usage.
- Create training materials and documentation as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Desktop Support role.

Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Experience with desktop virtualization technologies is a plus.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Basic understanding of networking concepts.

Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ are desirable.

**Salary**: ₹10,541.22 - ₹14,623.36 per month
